Hello

“With Cautèle, I accompany people at key turning points: using an approach that creates clarity and translates artistic thinking into sustainable action“

Hi, I’m Côme – artistic researcher (Dr. phil), certified systemic coach (ECA) & founder of Cautèle. For over ten years, I have been working at the intersections of art, creativity, health, and existential questioning.

My work is rooted in artistic research, Acem meditation, Iyengar yoga, and the conviction that we all carry more freedom and depth within us than we are able to live in everyday life.

I accompany people who want to stay in motion — intellectually, physically, and professionally.

My approach combines structure with intuition: bringing more awareness into your own lives, making thoughtful, intelligent decisions and channel your energy
constructively.
